Hagglethorn Hollow was well under way as a personal terrain project for myself when I first meet Adam Savage and Norm Chan from Tested. Our first encounter would result in a tested episode that featured my personal Labyrinth project. (video below) The video was released and I witnessed such an incredible outpour of positivity and support for the work, that I began to realise that others may also have an interest in gaming in the world I had been creating.
With that seed planted I took the plunge, formed Tabletop Troubadour Games with my formidable business partner Ike Hamon and set to work making the terrain campaign I had personally wanted to see on the market for some time.
As the township of Hagglethorn grew, so too did the reaction of those who saw it, and when we heard Adam was coming back to New Zealand, we worked extremely hard to get the prototype ready to show. What started as a 2ft x 4ft Labyrinth had grown to 18ft and encompassed the first offerings from the world of Hagglethorn Hollow. The video was released and was an overwhelming success.
We have been able to use the comments and feedback on that video to shape our current Kickstarter campaign into something we are very proud of, as well as committing to our second campaign which will focus on the tree creatures due to the tremendous outpour of requests for the bark beasties!
Thank you to everyone! You are the reason we are here!

TESTED VIDEO NOTE: Since the filming of this video with Adam, Hagglethorn Hollow went through significant development and after consideration to the market, we made the decision to release the range as physical products first, instead of 3D files, and here we are! A successfully funded Kickstarter!
We will still release 3D files in the future in association with one of the 3D industries leading terrain designers and providers, Printable Scenery. This partnership has allowed us to focus on a fantastic Kickstarter for physical Hagglethorn Hollow products first and then in the future, Printable Scenery will follow up with a campaign offering 3D STL files for home printing
